Well here is the thing: Computers aren't perfect and sometimes they play a number on people.
This is what you can do:
- Wait just little longer (like a minute or two)
- Refresh the page (press 'F5' while holding down 'ctrl')
- If you have a wireless Linksys router... power it on-off for 10 about seconds
- Make sure Javascript is NOT turned off in your browser
- Get the latest Flash player
